Leadership Coaching

Meet Mari
Hello, it is lovely to meet you!
I’m Mari, your potential coach.
I started Tidal Change not because I have the answers, but because I acknowledge my strengths in being present, holding space for difficult truths to coexist, and honoring the potential that exists in each of us.
I started Tidal Change to stand more firmly in my own purpose and my hope is to meet with you in this worthy journey of authentic questioning and courageous action.
I am an ICF Professional Coach and a certified Adaptive Leadership Facilitator. I hold a certification in Understanding Groups and Leadership from the Swedish Defense University. I have also earned a Master of Public Administration with specializations in international nonprofit management and public policy and a Bachelor of Arts in social justice and leadership from New York University.
